WHAT IS A CNC MACHINE?
Simply put, a CNC is a computer-controlled router. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, and what it controls is your standard, everyday router or high horsepower spindle. We run two different machines with high horsepower spindles, giving us a wide range of ability when it comes to projects, sizes, and cutting ability.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept payments through Square, Venmo, and Zelle to provide a variety of options for you to complete your purchase. Some larger orders do require a down payment to cover the cost of materials.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
We strive for a typical turnaround time of 3-4 weeks on custom orders. Design is a large factor in our production time, as images sometimes take time to draw and redraw for CNC machining. You can help speed up the process by providing clean digital images of something you want carved, such as SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG. This allows us to work faster. No matter the project, we'll work to meet your deadlines with excellent service and an amazing end product.
